Serino Sound specializes in providing music for weddings - from the ceremony right through until the end of the reception.

Wedding Ceremonies:
Very often, brides and grooms choose to have their ceremony at the same locale as their reception. Perhaps the ceremony is outdoors, or in a room to the side of - or on a different floor from - the main reception hall. Each of these situations provides its own challenge for sound so that music is able to be incorporated into the ceremony, but also so that guests seated in the back rows are able to hear your spoken vows. Each couple getting married has slightly different ceremony components and the order in which things are done. Having your ceremony microphoned takes the guesswork away for the guests, as they are able to easily follow along in the ceremony. Serino Sound is available to provide recorded music for the time prior to the ceremony as the guests are arriving, for your processional, registry signing, and recessional. We are also able to provide microphones and speakers so that all guests can comfortably listen to your ceremony and your wedding vows. Microphones also make a nice compliment to any readings that you will have during your service. We have several popular selections of music for wedding ceremonies, but would be more than happy to work with the client to play any special music supplied to us.

Wedding Receptions:
Recently, Martha Stewart stated in her magazine Martha Stewart "Living" that "the entertainment you select for your wedding or party is responsible for 80% of the events' success and the memories you will have for the rest of your life." Being in the wedding business, we also tend to share this view - considering that 50% of your wedding day is spent at the reception, and music -in one form or another- is provided for approximately 90% of the reception.

Even if you choose to have musicians such as a string quartet during the meal, or if you are planning on having a live band for part of your reception, Serino Sound would be a perfect compliment. Often musicians will require a break - we can ensure that the music continues uninterrupted until the musicians are ready to resume playing. If the musicians are finished playing for the evening, we can easily continue where they left off and maintain the mood that has already been established.
